Probably the only restaurant with A Gas Chromatography Oven in the lobby and two periodic tables of the elements in the dining room! Kevin O'Mara is also a scientist who measures environmental toxins at his laboratory and wonders why so much poison is allowed in food? it is a mystery to us but we go to great lengths to keep these chemicals out of our food. We believe that food is medicine, come and taste the delicious medicine!
