St. Patrick's Day, Tuesday March 17th will start with WRIF's very own Dave and Chuck the Freak Broadcasting Live from O'Mara's, doors at 7AM  ends at 10:30AM. An Organic Irish Breakfast, Hot Sauna and Cold Plunge will be available washed down with the beverage of your choice! Brought to you by Stephanie MacDonald's Sauna Party & Lloyd Brown's Waltonen Engineering! First come first serve, space is limited so get up early and build that Immune System!
