Why Tacos at an Irish Joint You ask? Good Question, I will tell you!
During Covid 19 ERA Kevin O'Mara was fortunate enough to spend time down in the Baja California.  About 45 minutes North of Cabo there is the small fishing /beach village of Cerritos Mexico.
Their style of taco is the inspiration of our Taco Festival! Kevin fell in love with the citrusy slaw at first bite!
